The Gifts of Grace program began in 2001 with the goal of providing support to our clients. The best part about Gifts of Grace is that anyone can do it! We match you with a client who is given a code name, for confidentiality and the gift giver goes as Grace. As a gift giver, you are charged with helping our partner know someone cares about them. Participants send cards, gift certificates, notes, cookies and numerous other thoughtful gestures.
